About the project

In 2023 Alocor succcessfully completed and installed all systems in part ‘Electricity’ on one of the most modern business buildings in Sofia – Energy Tower. The building consists of high-quality Class A office space from the parter to the 11th floor with multiple terraces and a wonderful view towards Vitosha.

The electrical systems built by Alocor for Energy Tower include high-current and low-current installations, fire alarms and disclosure, video surveillance, access control, emergency power supplies and BMS.

About the project

In 2024, ALOCOR successfully completed the implementation of a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) and an integrated Power management solution based on SENTRON powermanager at the Emerald building, part of the Hermes Park complex, adjacent to The Mall in Sofia.

Together with the automation systems (BMS and Power Management), we successfully integrated and put into operation in the Low Voltage Installations section the Fire Alarm and Notification Systems, together with the innovative Honeywell CLSS system, which represents an improved fire safety service, while increasing the efficiency of the Honeywell alarm system.

About the project

In this year (2024), Alocor successfully performed preventive maintenance on two current transformers on the territory of Aurubis Bulgaria AD.

Alocor’s activities for the maintenance of ABB and Siemens rectifiers included:
– inspection of all equipment – rectifier cabinets, control panels, cable connections
– inspection of couplings, heat exchangers, pumps, motors
– inspection of water and oil pumps,
– as well as all necessary functional tests and measurements.

Aurubis Bulgaria AD, Pirdop

About the project

In 2021 our company completed a successful lighting modernization for 5 industrial spaces on the territory of Aurubis Bulgaria AD.

Alocor’s actions on the project included swapping all lighting fixtures with LED versions, and putting them into operation immediately after installation. Considering the inaccessibility of most zones, height and the high temperatures, the work for our team was incredibly challenging, but we learned the most important thing: The success is just as big as the obstacles we overcame along the way.
