In march, 2024, the activities to upgrade the management and monitoring system – BMS, in Hermes Park, The Mall, Sofia, were completed.

One of the largest shopping centers in the country, which has over 240 stores on an area of over 62,000 sq m, took steps to renew the existing BMS system with a new one, and Alocor, as the main contractor, faced many challenges. The main one – in the migration from an existing to a new system without worsening the management of the building resource.

– Sending notifications of critical alarms via e-mail and SMS to the operator

In 2023 Alocor successfully put into operation a surveillance system on a new production workshop Tableten 4 on the pharmaceutical company TEVA, property of Balkanpharma Dupnitsa AD. Alocor’s actions as a subcontractor in the Automatisation sector include projecting and developing BMS, as well as integrating the system between the new construction building and the already existing ones. Reserved powers for the future expansion have already been considered. 6000 Physical Data Points. – 19 АHUs monitoring and control. – Management of heating/cooling plant. – Cooling plant management of 3 chillers, 1 dry coolers and 1 Closed Circuit Cooler. – Integration of 96 VAV Dampers. – Integration of 24 Fan Coils. – Integration of 1 Purified Water system. – Integration of 1 House Vacuum system. – Integration of 2 Air compression system. – Monitoring of 97 Fire Dampers. – Migration and redesign of existing BMS.

In 2023 Alocor successfully completed and implemented the BMS system on one of the most modern businesscentersin Sofia – Energy Tower. The building consists of high-quality Class A office spaces from the parter to the 11-th floor with multiple terraces and a wonderful view towards Vitosha.
